From Vision to Floral Reality - Here is how I work with you

Working with me to create your perfect wedding flowers unfolds in seven distinct stages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience:

Stage 1: Initial Contact and Consultation

It begins with a quick chat to get an overview of your flower requirements and check my availability for your date. Once that is confirmed, we will arrange a more in-depth phone or video call to discuss your vision in detail at your convenience.

Stage 2: Collaborative Vision

During our detailed call, I will take the time to truly understand your thoughts and preferences. Together, we will sketch out initial ideas, helping us both visualise the exciting possibilities for your wedding flowers.

Stage 3: Draft Proposal and Estimate

Within 24 hours of our discussion, you will receive an initial draft outline and estimate for your wedding flowers, giving you a clear picture of the proposed designs and costs.

Stage 4: Confirm Your Booking

Once you are happy with the initial proposal, you can secure your booking and make it official with a £150 booking fee.

Stage 5: Design Development

With your booking confirmed, I will translate your story and vision into a comprehensive design proposal. This detailed document will perfectly reflect your desires, working within your specified timeline.

Stage 6: Fine-tuning and Finalisation

At least 30 days before your wedding date, we will connect again to fine-tune and finalise all the intricate details of your wedding floral designs, ensuring everything is absolutely perfect.

Stage 7: Creation and Delivery

Finally, I will create and deliver the master floristry wedding designs, ensuring they beautifully and accurately embody your unique story.

Q. You don’t have a shop location. Can I still talk face-to-face?

A. While I don’t have a traditional shop, I can arrange a video call or a home/site visit in Telford and the surrounding area.

Q. How much advance notice do you require for wedding flower orders?

A. You can book your wedding flowers order a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 18 months before your wedding date.

Q. Could you explain why your flowers are priced higher than those I might find elsewhere?

A. Because I provide a bespoke floral service, the pricing reflects the personalised attention and unique designs I create. While the investment is slightly higher, it aligns with the tailored experience. During our consultation, we can certainly discuss different options and price ranges to suit your budget.
